At Vigilance, we strive to ensure that all orders are processed and delivered as quickly and securely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

During periods of high demand, collection launches, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be longer.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Mainland Portugal

1–3 business days

Azores and Madeira

3–8 business days

Spain

2–5 business days

Rest of Europe

3–8 business days

Rest of the World

5–15 business days

The delivery times stated above are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond Vigilance's control, including logistics delays, customs procedures, or force majeure events.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through logistics partners selected by Vigilance, including DPD and other carriers appropriate for the destination country.

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and displayed before the purchase is completed.

Vigilance reserves the right to modify shipping costs without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Customs Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may apply.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order value or shipping costs displayed on the website.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete.

Vigilance cannot be held responsible for delays, returns, or additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If an order is received damaged or if any issues occur during transit, customers should contact us as soon as possible through our official support channels.

Each case will be reviewed individually so that we can provide the most appropriate solution.
