At Vigilance, we want to ensure the best possible experience for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as received;
- Show no signs of use, washing, wear, stains, odors, or damage;
- Have all original tags attached and intact;
- Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible;
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Items returned without prior contact and return approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following items:
- Items showing signs of use, washing, wear, stains, odors, or alterations after delivery;
- Products damaged by the customer after receipt;
- Other products excluded by applicable law.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or product, you must return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
For orders shipped to European Union countries, consumers have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
Returned items under this right must comply with the return conditions described above.
Refunds
Once the returned items have been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refund processing may take up to 14 days after approval of the return. Additional delays may occur depending on your bank or payment provider.
